❤️ One of the greatest strengths of the CES Waiver program at Building Bridges is the continuity of care we provide across a person’s lifespan.
Because our programs are connected, individuals and families can experience a true “one-stop shop” of support. This means goals, relationships, and support systems don’t have to start over as life stages change.
Instead, our team can carry those goals forward, helping individuals continue building independence, skills, and confidence over time.
At Building Bridges, we believe in walking alongside individuals and families for the long journey — from early childhood through adulthood — helping them build the life they want in their home, workplace, and community.
